Dom Does is a Las Vegas–based, globally traveling, on-location hair and makeup artist specializing in elevated, precision-driven beauty for high-performing individuals and once-in-a-lifetime moments.

But this wasn’t the original plan.

A Redirection That Defined Everything

Before beauty, there was law.

While pursuing a path to become an attorney, an unexpected health event forced a complete stop—a heart attack that ultimately removed me from my program. What felt like a setback became the clearest redirection of my life.

In that stillness, I found myself doing a friend’s hair and makeup for her maternity shoot—something I had always dismissed as “just a hobby.” She saw something more in me, and she made sure I did too.

That moment changed everything.

In 2013, I entered the beauty industry professionally.

Where Instinct Became Mastery

I began with makeup, treating hair as a secondary skill—until the day that changed.

At my first runway job, the hair artist didn’t show. I was thrown in without preparation. No backup. No warning. Just execution.

That moment unlocked something.

What started as instinct quickly became discipline. What was once secondary became essential.

Runway became my training ground—fast-paced, high-pressure, and unforgiving. It refined my ability to deliver under intensity and create transformations in real time.

Creative Freedom & Global Experience

From backstage to behind the chair, I built my foundation in environments that demanded both precision and vision.

I later found a salon home that offered the perfect balance—independence, creative freedom, and continued access to runway and editorial work. It was here that my artistry expanded.

Over the years, my work has reached global platforms and prestigious stages, contributing to productions and brands including The Walt Disney Company, the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, the BET Awards, as well as Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and Rolls-Royce to name a few.

These experiences didn’t just build a portfolio—they shaped a standard.

The Work Today

Today, my work is deeply personal.

I operate primarily as a one-on-one, on-call stylist for women who lead, move, and exist in spaces where presence matters. Occasionally, I extend that work to men seeking the same level of refinement.

Every look is curated with intention—designed to translate seamlessly from early morning obligations to evening engagements, without losing integrity.

For over a decade, I’ve specialized in aligning beauty with context:
